Next year MYLAPS expects to expand its X2 portfolio with two-way communication, introducing X2 RaceLink. The X2 RaceLink technology will enable wireless communication from the track’s infrastructure to and from vehicles, whilst racing.

X2 RaceLink will be future available as an add-on to the new X2 Transponder. The X2 Transponder and RaceLink combination will enable connectivity with all possible CANbus devices, such as engine performance sensors, data loggers and race displays.

The wireless two-way connectivity and CANbus integration will make X2 the ultimate data platform and communication channel through which vital race information can be collected and distributed.

Examples* of possible applications of X2 RaceLink could be:

*Race Display:

See your official lap times, race position, gaps to competition, etcetera on your race display on your kart whilst racing.

*Performance app

Let your team follow your race performance, including your official lap times, ranking and GPS positioning. Or let the follow your engine performance (RPM, oil pressure) and biometric performance (heart rate, body temperature), live during race.

*Practice app

Receive full practice details, including official lap times, sector times, engine and biometric performance live during practice sessions and analyze your performance as soon as you step out of your kart.
