Last weekend we met on the 3rd season’s stage in Kandavas Kartodroms. The race day was not only a prediction of hot and tense weather, but also on the track. It is clearly seen that athletes and teams count on the fact that the season is already two steps away, so it is working hard on new drivers' tactics and the ability to improve their speed on the track.

In total, the competition was attended by a record number of participants - 211 participants from all over Latvia and abroad. Almost all time of the day was held in hot conditions, and only KZ2 class final ride and riders slightly sneaked a little rain. Following this ride, several KZ2 class athletes admit that the finals have been a rather strategic choice because they had to choose to go to the track with rainy tires or stay tuned for simple tires.
