The second stage of the season in Kandava ends up in the sun-heated and rainy weather

Last weekend, all karting friends gathered in the 2nd stage of the season 2019 in Kandava. This was undoubtedly one of the most interesting recent episodes, as we experienced a thorough sweat and heat throughout the day, but during the last finals Kandava cartadrom was taken by heavy rain. When the heavy rain began, the track became dangerous and the judges decided to stop the race for a moment. When the rain was still a little bit raining, the final races took place. This was definitely an exciting stage for all audiance and television viewers as it was possible to watch the cartingists steer their cars in the rain, what the choice of tires was and what the drivers' strategy was to reach the finish in the highest possible position.
"We are delighted that we can meet at Kandava cartodrom on this day and the truth has won," Valdis Brutāns revealed the solemn opening ceremony with such words! This satisfaction with the opportunity to go karting on the Kandava track is really great, as it was finally a long struggle with people who, without good reason, threatened the future of the track. At the end of the ceremony, Valdis Brutāns performance was followed by a traditional greeting with all athletes. It is worth mentioning that 201 athletes also took part in the race.
