We stand for the President of Ukraine Autosport federation all Ukrainian motorsport society and Ukrainian people.

Based on the fact that actions of the regime of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus are a crime against the Ukrainian people and against humanity in general. Therefore, the Presidium of the Latvian Automobile federation (LAF) decided:

1. Latvian Automobile Federation license holders’ entrants, teams, drivers, organizers, marshals and officials cannot participate in the competitions organized by the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus and LAF will not issue authorizations for participation in such competitions.

2. Entrants, teams, drivers, organizers, marshals and officials licensed by the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus are not allowed to participate in any form of motorsport events in Latvia, national or international. 

3. Licenses issued by the LAF to the citizens of Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus are valid because are issued based on a permanent residence permit issued by Latvia or another EU country and also with an actual residence in Latvia and or  EU Member State.

4. This decision is valid until any other related decision.
